Accessibility should enable everyone to participate in society.
Inclusion is not simply allowing someone to enter. It means designing from the beginning with the diversity of the people who form part of society in mind.
Why I write
Personal experience is the starting point, not the final subject.
I studied Communication and completed part of my training in a TVE studio. When my mobility changed, I had to reconsider how to continue my professional path in the face of new access barriers. That experience strengthened my interest in the conditions that make independence possible.
I do not want this website to become a personal diary. I use specific situations — in workplaces, events, travel and public spaces — to examine what they reveal about the way accessibility is understood and designed.
The aim is to move from asking ‘Can this person access this place?’ to a fuller question: ‘Can this person participate fully, independently, with dignity, choice and a comparable experience?’
Professional background
An international career in complex professional environments.
I am Operational Marketing Manager at IDEEMATEC, in the renewable energy sector. Most of my work covers EMEA and LATAM.
I have worked on international events, digital projects, communications and cross-border programmes. This experience provides a practical perspective on how decisions made inside an organisation ultimately shape the experience of the people it serves.
I work in Spanish, French, English and Catalan. My professional career provides context and international experience, but it is not the main subject of this website.
Public life
Public participation on disability, rights and inclusion.
I founded BridgeConnect and collaborate with CERMIN. I have moderated a conversation about disability and employment, served as First Vice-President of Navarra's sixth Young Parliament and taken part in the CERMIN documentary Somos Más – Gehiago Gara.
More recently, I have spoken with young people during the Government of Navarra's Human Rights Week, joined an INAI discussion on feminist participation online and talked publicly about foster care through Magale. Personal details remain private; this website focuses on the public questions raised by each experience.
